About

I am a psychotherapist for individuals who value insight, depth, and meaningful change.

My work is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to the patterning that keeps you from living and relating in a way that feels aligned. Together, we explore what shapes you, what no longer serves you, and what becomes possible when insight turns into change.

My Approach

My approach is insight-oriented, relational, and grounded in the understanding that our thoughts, emotions, and early experiences shape how we see ourselves and move through the world.

I integrate depth psychology, relational therapy, cognitive-behavioral tools, and mindfulness to help you understand the underlying patterns that repeatedly show up in your life and relationships.

The goal is not simply to feel better in the moment, but to experience lasting change in how you think, relate, and make decisions.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals who are seeking more clarity, authenticity, and connection in their lives. Many are navigating transitions, relationship challenges, questions of identity, or the impact of past experiences.

My clients include professionals, executives, medical, performing, and athletic individuals, and others who are accustomed to carrying a high level of responsibility, yet often feel disconnected from themselves.

Together, we create a space to slow down, reflect, and move toward the life you want to be living.
